Nexus Server Dashboard is a local-first macOS application for SSH server management. It gives system administrators and DevOps engineers an integrated SSH terminal, remote file explorer, real-time process monitor, network diagnostics, and embedded packet inspection — all running locally on the operator's Mac with no cloud relay, no telemetry, and no remote backend. The product is Apple-notarized, distributed as a signed direct download from nexus-server.app, and sold as a one-time $19.99 license through Paddle. Updates are signed and delivered through the Sparkle framework. Nexus Server Dashboard is built and operated by founder Danylo Vasylenko, a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Product Manager.
"Modern server tooling routes credentials and sessions through vendor cloud relays by default. Nexus rebuilds that experience as a signed, notarized, local-first macOS app — so security-conscious operators don't have to pick between productivity and control of their own infrastructure."

Why this matters Narrative
The dominant server management tools today route every SSH session, credential, and infrastructure state change through vendor-hosted cloud dashboards. For most teams that's a productivity win — and for regulated, security-sensitive, or sovereignty-aware operators, it's an unacceptable risk.
Nexus Server Dashboard rebuilds that workflow with a different default: the operator's Mac is the trust boundary. Credentials, workspace state, internal logs, and diagnostics history live on the device. There is no Nexus cloud, no telemetry pipeline, and no vendor-mediated SSH relay.
The product is shipping today as a signed, Apple-notarized one-time-purchase macOS application — distributed directly from nexus-server.app and verified offline once activated.
