Terms of Use

Last updated: March 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Nexus Server Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Product scope

Nexus Server Dashboard is provided as a local-first server operations application intended for lawful infrastructure administration, diagnostics, and management.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have authorization to access any server, service, mailbox, process, or file you manage with the app
  • Securing the device on which the app is installed
  • Validating any destructive action before execution
  • Reviewing exported logs or snapshots before sharing them

4. No warranty of uninterrupted availability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every target environment, OS permission model, SSH configuration, or remote host setup will behave identically.

5. High-risk environments

The app is not represented as a certified safety-critical control system. If you use it in high-risk or regulated environments, you are responsible for validating fitness, access control, and change procedures.

6. Data and privacy

The product is designed around a local-first model. You remain responsible for the data stored on your device, the credentials you enter, and any exports you generate.

7. Reverse engineering and misuse

You may not use the app for unlawful intrusion, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Third-party services and systems

The app may interact with third-party infrastructure, DNS systems, certificate endpoints, and public internet resources initiated from the local device. Their availability and behavior are outside Nexus control.

9. Bundled runtime and release variants

The desktop app may include a bundled local runtime and helper components packaged inside the application. Those local components support the app on the user's own device and do not constitute a vendor-operated remote backend.

Different distribution variants may use different packaging and signing flows, including direct local install builds and App Store builds. Product claims remain aligned to the shipped build and release documentation.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
