Mac App Store Purchases

Nexus Server Dashboard is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store. All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple.

Requesting a Refund

If you would like to request a refund for your purchase of Nexus Server Dashboard, please follow Apple's standard refund process:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find Nexus Server Dashboard in your purchase history
  4. Select the issue and request a refund

Try Before You Buy

Nexus Server Dashboard includes a Demo mode that allows you to explore the full interface without connecting to any server. We encourage you to use Demo mode to evaluate the app before purchasing.
